What started out as a trip out of town has given rise to Manila’s tastiest lechon. Back in 2006, founder Bryan Ong and brought his wife Lynn to his hometown in San Carlos, Negros Occidental to try their lechon and she loved it. From that moment, the Ongs wanted to bring their experience to Manila and thus, General’s Lechon was born.
